Flaire is a product of the great Hylee Farm breeding program. Her dam, Whispering About Me, was a stunning Park Harness Horse and won the Grand National Three-Year-Old Park Harness Mare/Gelding Division. In her youth, she won several futurities including the North Central Morgan Association In Hand 2-Year-Old Filly Futurity, Two-Year Old Driving Futurity and Futurity 2-Year-Old In Hand. In 2013, she won the Jubilee Regional Two-Year-Old Futurity Filly In Hand.
